Exercise doesn’t mean you have to join a gym or run five miles. It can be dancing in your room, stretching in the morning, or walking around your neighborhood.

Your Mind Matters Too
Mental health is just as real as physical health. If your brain is tired, worried, or overwhelmed, your body feels it too.
Try to notice how you feel. Are you stressed? Sad? Bored? That’s okay. Everyone has those days. Talking about it helps more than you think.
Some small things can help your mental health:
- Take breaks from screens.

- Talk to someone you trust.
- Spend time outside.
- Try breathing slowly when you're anxious.

Sleep Is More Than Just Rest

When you don’t sleep enough, you feel grumpy, your memory gets worse, and your body starts to struggle.

- Avoid heavy snacks or sugar right before bed.
